- KRKym Rowe2 days ago1.0Absolutley horrendous, dont send out deliveries, dont pick up the phones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reply to your response; If your phone number has changed why have you not answered any of my 12 calls today? Using the number listed here? You can reply to a review but not answer calls? Royal mail tracking shows you have kept my order since Tuesday last week, hardly sent out the same day! Had you answered my calls I would have much preferred to resolve that way, why not provide your number if you've updated so that customers 60 miles away wanting their deliveries could atleast have an update. Simply not good enough. I look forward to seeing an updated number to contact and FINALLY getting my order whenever you send it.
