They made it clear they didn't care if I took my parcel elsewhere. The elderly lady serving was rude and dismissive, refused to accept my parcel because they claimed they "didn't have the room," so I had to drive to Maidenhead instead. Maybe if they stopped filling the shop with so much trash, they'd have enough space to do what they're supposed to do: operate as a post office. Easily the most useless post office I've ever visited.

It is also a local "corner shop" so it's great for Newspapers, milk, and the essentials you often run out of. They also do returns gor Amazon, Evri and DPD.

As I was in the shop 111 had phoned me back regarding my girl so I paid for my 2 drinks and then walked over to the post office counter to draw some money out quick while I was in there. (2 birds with 1 stone) anyway the lady walked from the counter to the post office bit and said I don’t serve anyone while there on the phone. So I just left. This is so rude, she was happy to take my money when I was using her shop but wasnt happy to help when I was using the post office service. So rude and all about money. Will be sending my kids to egg ur shop on Halloween 🎃

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
