Needed to be refunded by Western Union Money Transfer Company. Went to Cox Green P.O. Two very unhelpful and uncooperative wonen behind the P.O. counter. Spent over a hour back and forward over the phone to Western Union, with them. The refund was authorised. Still the two cox green individuals adamantly stubbornly refused to refund me. Went to Shifford Crescent P.O. All done within 5 minutes of arriving at the P.O. SOME PEOPLE GO OUT OF THE WAY TO BE UNHELPFUL. AFRAID THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSED. I COULD SAY MORE BUT THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.
