The lady at the counter is extremely unpleasant and rude. Never have I ever got my work done in this post office in one visit.
Either the staff is overworked hence tired or the employee needs to be more professional. Also there is no information displaying which services need cash and which won’t.

The lady at the counter (Asian - Indian) is so rude! She speaks down to you and does not know how to communicate properly in a nice manner. Horrible experience, very rude lady would avoid coming here next time.

What a shocking depressing post office this has turned out to be. No staff and no customer service skills either. I stood in a que for 20 minutes to buy Euros. There was only 1 person serving. When it was my turn I was then told that the lady who deals with Travel Money is on her lunch and not back for 50 mins. This is a CITY CENTRE post office, that is constantly busy, constantly has ques, very short staffed. Dreadful

I visited this Post Office yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The older lady at the counter was extremely rude, impatient, and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. I was simply trying to use the service, but her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and upsetting.
Customer service staff should know how to speak politely and respectfully to customers, but unfortunately she behaved very unprofessionally. If someone cannot deal with customers properly, they should not be working in a customer-facing role.
Because of this experience, I will never use this post office again.
I would also like to mention that the ladies working in the shop were polite and helpful.

First time I've ever been in here, and it'll be the last. I rushed out and up town to get a solicitors document sorted. Collected it from Ryman and thought I'll get it sorted at this Post Office.
Walked in at 4:30, stood there for what seemed like forever. The queue of one person in front, one behind me, and one at the counter. I was there 10 minutes, nothing at all had moved. Same woman at the counter, the woman behind it faffing around as much as the customer. No urgency, serving in slow motion. I thought, forget it, I'll come back in 15 minutes.
Went back in, I kid you not the queue had now TRIPLED in size the same two people I left in the queue still waiting. With another 6 or so more, now behind them. 5 waiting at the counter, this was at 5:00pm.
Unless you have literally, all day to wait in queues go here. There is no acknowledgement of their customers, or apologies for waits. They don't care for that.
So, I rushed out for nothing, because I couldn't get it posted in the end anyway. Lost a day on transit for an important letter, also costs of travelling up there when I could have just waited until the next day. Had I known I wouldn't be able to get it posted. I couldn't wait in there until midnight unfortunately, as I had to get to work.
Avoid, I'll stick to my local post office even though it has queues at times, at least they are accommodating and efficient.
I agree with all other reviews on here, can't comment directly on staff attitude as I didn't get chance to speak with them. Be they certainly don't look like they want to be there, service is really slow and as mentioned, no acknowledgement of customers or apologies for wait times. They do leave parcels out in the open building up, which anyone could just steal, which shows lack of value for people's parcels.
