- VVVria4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience today. I went to this shop to return my Amazon parcels, but the staff member immediately refused to accept them, saying they do not handle Amazon returns. I was already very unwell and in pain, and it took a lot of energy for me to make the journey to the Post Office. After contacting Amazon directly, Amazon confirmed that local Post Office branches do accept Amazon returns, so this resulted in a completely unnecessary wasted journey. When I commented that this just makes people's lives more difficult, he responded with a rude comment. I no longer trust this shop.

- HNHimanshu NagraSep 24, 20261.0Owner is very rude , went there to pick my parcel and the owner behaved very rude and harsh . I just simply asked him if the parcel is here . But he spoken very loud and said we don’t have your parcel go and check somewhere else
