As to the owner iv see one or two reviews that are odd, why would a bizzy shop like thst need to overcharge by double or short change ppl. Its owned by a hard working family who run multiple bissnesses who work well over 12hrs a day. Ive been using the shop many years and evrything is fine, always clean well stocked, keeps on top of the product sell by dates. Infact the you gentleman who a few reviewers say can be rude, has always gone out of his way to help me. Many times wen new staff have been at other stores and ive asked to use a specific paypoint service have refused making things potentialy very dufficult for me, but this gentleman went out of his way to help me with the service best he could ...knowing that he would have to front funds from his own money and wait up to 14 days for it to be returned from paypoint and this with not a single penny made by him. That particular service is much easier now with the post office but that wasnt allways ther. As for the way he speaks its just like that, i dont think he intentonaly tries to sound abrubt or harsh and kne needs to remember this is a young man who can end up workinh 14 pluss hours a day so may not sound so livley all the time , but his intentions are always good. Ive never had a issue . Good people
