I came in the week and I was very very short on time. The lovely lady serving was so helpful and efficient in processing my packages that I was able to continue with my day successfully! Honestly, had she not helped me, I would have been so stressed!
Thank you so much!

How was it even delivered to the postoffice. How do I collect my post. Is there only one person that works here? Does it need different management because this could have been fixed yesterday.

There are only so many times that you can be treated rudely without saying anything, so this is where I'm voicing my opinion. The gentleman who runs this PO is very friendly and I've never had any issue with him and the service he provides. My complaint is about the older lady who serves behind the main screens rather than the Covid screens. She comes across as unbelievably rude yet I know she is not like this to everyone as I've heard her be friendly to one or two customers. She never says hello or goodbye, please or thankyou to me. The whole time I am being "served" is like I am doing her a favour. Well, the news is that, as a customer, I am doing exactly that - enough POs have closed down and that should be a warning that people do vote with their feet. I don't think I have come across such consistently bad poor service anywhere else, ever. The manager needs to take a look at the reviews on here and needs to offer staff training. If it was just the lady behind the till that I was reviewing then this would be a 1* review (as less isn't possible) but, thankfully, the friendly nature of the boss man just skews it the other way a little.
Frequently Asked Questions About Tettenhall Post Office
How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.
For details, please check directly with your own bank.
How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
