What a vile set of people. Whoever this tall Indian woman is with the high pitched voice and glasses so rude I feel they enjoy winding people up. My partner tried to get out daughters medication which she relies on as she has sickle cell and was refused hand over the medication due not having ID for my daughter which we don’t have any as she’s very young also was told I am in hospital awaiting surgery. I wanted to speak to her on the phone she refused me the mother of the child. Gave so much agro just to ask if my partner had ID. The email stated bring email and ID not ID of any specific. I swear if them medz wasn’t released and something happened to my child they would have known about it they need shutting down if they’re such problem the stress that was cause was no joke and I want to speak to them personally but funny you can’t get through to them by phone. Avoid like the plague if you value your stress levels I will be taking this further this wasn’t not on I have never been through such stress to pick up my daughters medication as it was a mistake to even be sent to a post office like that usually I get them delivered. Only because I had a tick toc delivery sent to that post office I don’t understand why her medz should have been sent there to. I need to make a couple complaints. But I never write a review but I need this shop exposing it’s dire it’s disgusting and it shouldn’t be open with such vile people with a lack of care operating a business that people rely on.

The worst office in town, once again. I go there once a year and every time I remember why I redirect my parcels to other branches. Rude, completely unfriendly employees. If they work in a field involving people, they should not be in such positions if they do not know how to communicate politely. In the future, I will only use another branch, which will definitely provide better service...

I have come to this post office numerous times and each time I am served by the big Indian lady and I dread it every time. She is extremely rude, unwelcoming and makes the trip to this shop unpleasant every single time. I will not be coming here again. Big shame. Shop owner needs to consider what he is doing employing such a disgustingly rude employee.

My 76 year old mother was treated appallingly by the tall lady behind the counter. She had a few items that required proof of postage so she let people go behind her in the queue first and then approached the counter with her items. To be huffed at, told that they were busy (there was no one else left in the post office queue) and made my mother leave the items there and come back to collect them later on or the other option was for her to ‘take them to another post office’ as suggested by the post office clerk. She was spoken to with utter contempt and next time she should write down each address on a separate piece of paper instead to make their life easier. If I’m mistaken, it is a post office whereby this is a service they provide - proof of postage. If I could leave zero stars I would! Horrible lady behind the counter leaving my mother feeling like she had done something wrong simply by asking for proof of postage. It’s not ok, when you’re providing a service, to treat customers this way.

The slim light skin Indian woman with glasses and high pitch voice that works at the post office was incredibly rude and out of order. This man was clearly racist towards my Indian mom and the woman supported the man and told my mom to get out the store and the man got away with the rude things he said. Out of order and never going there again.
