- USUrvashi SharmaAug 16, 20261.0The guy in post office is very rude. I had my id with me then he asked me for my address proof while i have my licence with me and passport also QR code of parcel. Then i showed him my bank statement. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. Online it is showing they are open on sunday but they did not. Timings are wrong online as well.

So rude, customer service and communication is totally lacking. Only goes so far as doing his job…social skills on the other hand…just not there. Would be great if this could be improved 👍🏽
