Marked down as my daughter banged her head today on the second service part at the til as there a ledge than sticks out. Staff knew she’d bumped her head but never asked it she was okay. It’s really marked her head.

Refused to take an Irish £10 stating management have told her to no longer accept them, even though they are legal tender! Needs more staff to meet customer demand and enable them to process legal tender.
