- HRHELEN RADFORDMay 28, 20265.0Today I visited this Post office (28th May) I had called yesterday (27th May) approx 4.40 pm to deal with a query on my on line passport. I was directed to the gentleman in the main booth and told to come back this morning after 9.30am to sort my query. I did as asked and found not only was this gentleman not present but the girl left to deal with the shop was on her own. She was very helpful, asked me to step aside which I did to wait and eventually when she was able helped me deal with my query which only too minutes. This she herself said could have been sorted by the chap on previous evening. This young lady was up to her eyes but dealt with customers in a most professional and courteous manner. Sorry appreciate men can't do more than one job at a time!
