- VBVictoria BevanAug 7, 20263.0It's hit and miss depending on who serves you! My daughter went in to collect 2 parcels today. Both in my name. Had both emails/codes yet was only allowed one as she didn't have any ID to prove that she was allowed to collect the second parcel. Whilst i can appreciate there are different requirements depending on courier whoever served her today lacked any common sense to realise that if she had both emails and you were handing over one parcel then where was the harm in handing over the second ? All you probably have to do it tick a box that ID has been seen it's not as if you take copies of ID.
