The rare times I have been served, the old lady behind the counter as almost always been grumpy and mumbles.

She did not check the system for parcel collection, she saw my postcard and I was sent all the way to Swansea Enterprise park, and i was told from Swansea Enterprise park RoyalMail that my parcel was certainly sent to Trallwn post office. She could have checked the system. So I went back again to Trallwn post office and yeah my parcel was there. It could have been so much simpler if they do their job properly, get the postcode from the customer and check the parcel location. It was such an extra unnecessary journey for me and time wasted. I will definitely not use this post office again.
