He told me I need to verify my ID for this service after 10 minutes when I asked he told me he doesn’t know I need to figure it out somehow but he shuts in 15 minutes so I need to be fast. 0 help, left me panicked , making comments under his breath about me. Left me so anxious and tearful had to leave post office.
