- KGKate GafarAug 12, 20261.0Incredibly poor service, was told my package is not there despite online tracking showing it was delivered to the post office. Staff member had a quick look at a pile of boxes, didn’t see my name and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked if there is another way of checking perhaps electronically? The answer is no and I was angrily pointed in the direction of a pile boxes to look for my package if I wish. Thankfully I did find my package in that pile however this is not a safe or effective way to run a post office.
