Went in to get a passport check and send at 9am, only one person working in the branch and no other customers. Staff member refused to do it saying that he was on his own and it would take him too long to process (he said 25 mins) and he might need to serve other customers when they came in. He suggested that I came back between specific hours of 11-12 or 3.30-4.30 when he *might* be able to do it. He was almost gleeful that he couldn't do it, he had a real not my problem attitude. I suggested that if they don't offer this service all day, it should be advertised as such on the website, but again it "wasn't his problem". I went to another post office branch in Cwmbran town centre & the whole thing was done and dusted in just over 5 mins. The Henllys branch needs to do better!
