I think people should stop complaining about the service and just thank their lucky stars there is still a post office in Wymondham. Many, including us in Eaton, have had post offices closed completely. Not much money, I believe, to be made and is now more of a convenience for the Public (many of whom spend their lives complaining?) 1

- MSM. ShawDec 14, 20211.0Arrived at 3.40 to find a queue of 11 people which is understandable at this time. By 4 there were just 2 of us, myself and one other. We were summarily refused service in spite of the 20 min wait outside in full view of the assistant. I reasoned with her that we could be dealt with rapidly but were met with a blank and unsympathetic refusal. These are challenging times for us all, and it is sad to find such a mean approach to service in our community. Best drive a little further to Mulbarton, where the cheerful staff remain open until the queue is dealt with.
