It is not an easy job to work behind the counter in a Post Office!
I think people should stop complaining about the service and just
thank their lucky stars there is still a post office in Wymondham.
Many, including us in Eaton, have had post offices closed completely. Not much money, I believe, to be made and is now
more of a convenience for the Public (many of whom spend their
lives complaining?)

No idea where they found the lady running this place. Rude, awkward and deliberately unhelpful. Along with rubbish opening hours. Not much point it being there really.

Great little post office. Always very friendly and happy to help! Very pleased to still have one in the town. Keep up the good work.

Arrived at 3.40 to find a queue of 11 people which is understandable at this time. By 4 there were just 2 of us, myself and one other. We were summarily refused service in spite of the 20 min wait outside in full view of the assistant. I reasoned with her that we could be dealt with rapidly but were met with a blank and unsympathetic refusal. These are challenging times for us all, and it is sad to find such a mean approach to service in our community. Best drive a little further to Mulbarton, where the cheerful staff remain open until the queue is dealt with.

Says open until 5pm online. Closes at 4pm. Very helpful.
