I’ve paid for next day delivery twice which never arrived for 4 days , one lady is so rude and recently I was in and it was a younger girl so I thought !! Aw maybe she’ll be nicer. She firmly told me “take the wrapping off of your return as it’s a ??? “I didn’t understand but I did take the plastic bag off of the parcel, then asked her kindly to put it in the bin when she replied we don’t take rubbish!!! There is only one lady that has lovely customer service skills, which is a shame as it is a beautiful gift shop, I love to have a wander about inside and look around but sometimes I’ve just left because of the way people are spoken to, my motto is if you are so unhappy in your place of employment! LEAVE , find happiness somewhere else!
