- VCValerie ColemanAug 12, 20265.0Went here to day, staff member on duty had to deal with an aggressive, threatening older man demanding some kind of paperwork for a farm vehicle. The young woman behind the counter dealt with him professionally and courteously and had to, quite rightly, refuse service due to his frightening behaviour. He then demanded her name and address etc and continued his appalling behaviour which he had from the start of their interaction. She was left shaken and visibly upset by his behaviour and I felt the need to step in. If it were not for my son who was with me at the time this man would have turned on me too. I hope the owners of the Post Office franchise take this on board to ensure the safety of their employees, I’m sure it’s not this first time this has happened! She was not safe!

The female staff member who served me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I simply asked for proof of posting after handing over my Amazon return, which is a normal and reasonable request. Instead of helping me, she spoke to me in an aggressive and dismissive manner and made me feel as though I was being pushed out of the branch. No customer should ever be treated like this. I hope the management reviews the CCTV footage from between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm today, investigates this incident thoroughly, and ensures that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future. I will not be returning to this branch unless significant improvements are made.

I don’t understand why she is working there , obviously hating the job and all customers. I’m always anxious to speak to her . Today I had a few questions about DVLA form , I was calm and polite and was made feeling like I’m an idiot asking stupid questions. I will not be returning to this Post Office.
