Very, very rude lady with Eastern European accent every time I come doesn’t matter how nicely I ask I am always met with sarcastic attitude. I don’t understand why she is working there , obviously hating the job and all customers. I’m always anxious to speak to her . Today I had a few questions about DVLA form , I was calm and polite and was made feeling like I’m an idiot asking stupid questions. I will not be returning to this Post Office.

Got spoken to in a rude tone and apparently my young Scot card wasn't enough ID for my parcel to get picked up? And apparently my parcel wasn't even there even though it said it was! I'd say it's pure laziness and rudeness.

2 women on duty, the one I got was not just unfriendly, positively hostile, the one with foreign accent and tattoos. No way should she be in a customer facing position. Don't know if the guy is still there, he was great as was one of the other ladies.

Posted an item a £50 bottle of perfume a week past Wednesday to an address in Newcastle. To which the item has vanished and the individual hasn't received their item. So now I'm £5 down on postage and now need to refund the buyer. And there's no way to contact the bathgate branch. Appalling service once again from the post office
