Disgusting service!!
The way I lost my temper this morning because this rude man could not show me any respect or basic decency is a joke. I do not generally raise my voice to people.
I was simply trying to ask a question and have a conversation, yet the man behind the glass repeatedly talked over me. He then raised his voice to tell me he didn’t want to talk to me, so I raised my voice back after already asking him to let me finish my sentence.
To make matters worse, the nosey woman from behind the other counter (must be connected) then tried to tell me I was “on camera” as if it was some kind of threat and told me to get out. They were both on camera too so I didn’t care. After telling them both about themselves and asking the woman to get out of my face (because who are you trying to confront), I asked him his name, he refused to give it, then he proceeded to ask me my name and looked all over the label, I told him my name is right there on the parcel, take a look, GDPR is there for a reason. After this, I took my receipt and left.
The only person I normally deal with in there is the Asian lady with the glasses, and she is the only person I will continue to go to if I even decide to walk through those doors again.
What a disgusting waste of my morning. Basic respect and customer service clearly cost nothing, yet apparently that’s too much to ask.
I will be making a massive complaint over their heads as their complaints go to them. Please don’t continue to upset people that come to spend money or use your services, get more information visible regarding start times for services because in my opinion, if you’re open, the service starts then! Not at 9am when you’re trying to parms me off to your employee who isn’t even in the building! Photo included. Disgusting behaviour!

RUDE! came to collect parcel and didn’t realise I didn’t change my name of the address, refused to give me my parcel as I didn’t have ID with that name on, showed them the QR code to collect as it says on the instructions, man and woman both refused to scan it, all because of the name! Absolutely disgraceful not a care in the world to even understand certain circumstances of taking name of step dad and not yet changing it legally, despite having proof of the item, the address, and proof I paid for it! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND RUDE AS ANYTHING!!!
