  I visited Bloxwich Post Office on Wednesday morning at around 9:20am, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went there to pay £1,000 into my bank account. The staff member checked my money and then told me he could only deposit £925. I didn’t hear him properly because I was standing some distance away, so I politely asked him to repeat what he had said. Instead of explaining the situation, he ignored my question and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I apologised several times because I genuinely hadn’t heard him, but my apologies made no difference. Rather than helping a customer understand what was happening, he seemed more interested in being impatient and disrespectful. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and without a proper explanation. I’ve used many Post Office branches over the years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Sadly, this was the complete opposite. Customer service costs nothing, and there is no excuse for speaking to people in this way. If this is how customers are treated at Bloxwich Post Office, I would think twice before using this branch. I hope management reviews the customer service standards because no customer should leave feeling the way I did.
