Love our post office on queens road ,Rushall ,the staff are friendly & helpful ,I’m in all the time with parcels ,highly recommended

The guy literally put the price up on an item at the till... I took 2 drinks to the till they come up £1.35p then he started messing with the till then rescanned them and it came up at £1.49p by principle I refused to purchase the items and called him out on it and he said they're old prices lol. Well you should honour the price and then put the price up after. I wouldn't bother going there again,I wonder how many people have had that done to them and haven't noticed, the con artists, used to be a decent local shop now it's cack in there with staff with a proper cack ways of life.

I agree with other comments - popped in to collect a parcel today - rude, unsociable staff. Makes you feel like you are putting them to trouble when really they are just carrying out the job they are paid to do. Disappointing and not a place I would choose to go to!
