He blamed my device and said it is not bright enough (on the highest brightness) then just stared at me when I asked what to do. Went to a different post office immediately after and they had no problem scanning the code in one try. Will no longer be using them, it’s a shame when the rest of the shops up Blackwood are so lovely.
