- AFAlice FreegardJan 24, 20261.0Sadly the post office has gone downhill since Tesco took over. Opening hours are severely reduced, now 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and close at 12pm on a Saturday. Can no longer get there before or after work on weekdays, and why on earth close early on a Saturday when surely more people will be there because of the weekday hours. So sad, as this post office used to be the best for miles but has been ruined by the Tesco giant.

I joined the line 30 MINUTES before your post office closed, and was denied service. I just so happened to get the member of staffs name from another member of staff, and this post office / store have been reported. Utter waste of time..,

Then we’re told that the post office closes after a certain person in the line… Even though we were there, standing in line 20 minutes before close. This is a new store. Don’t frustrate people this soon after opening. This has been reported.
