Disappointing service at the post office counter this afternoon. I arrived at 12:15 to collect a parcel which has been delivered by Royal Mail. I received confirmation that the post office had accepted my parcel yesterday evening but according to the post office staff at both the post office counter and the shop side they have not got my parcel and they claim Royal Mail hasn't actually delivered my parcel. He then told me they close at 12:30 so try again on Monday. In all honesty I think he just couldn't be bothered to look through the parcel bags. I will not use this post office again. This is not the first time the customer service in there has been dreadful.

I don't usually come here, but today I needed a form. The man behind the counter didn't even say hello before telling me, in a rude manner, he wouldn't be able to help me because of some work being done. I said "I only want a form", at which he rolled his eyes and ask what I needed a form for. I said "a D1 please" and he rolled his eyes again and thrust the form at me as if it pained him. All round crappy experience.

Very rude elderly man operating the desk.
Came to collect a parcel, gave photographic proof of ID, to then be told I need to provide a reference number also. I didn't have this due to my mobile phone over heating.
I queried why this was needed when the parcel was in sight, could see my name and address and matched my driving license.
I was then responded to with "Why DON'T YOU PEOPLE..." - which immediately triggered me.
Very very rude and condescending - I'd of expected a better level of service from someone elder in our community.
