- CWC WMay 7, 20261.0I visited this branch specifically because the official Post Office website states they offer a 'DVLA Photocard Renewal' service for £21.50, which includes taking a digital photo and handling the renewal electronically. Despite my name and details being the same, I was incorrectly told by staff that they do not offer this service unless the license is expired. This is the opposite of what is stated online. As a result, I had to use a manual D1 paper form, which led to a significant and unnecessary increase in cost: • Official Digital Service: £21.50 (all-in) • What I was forced to pay: £10.00 (booth photos) + £17.00 (DVLA fee) + £2.13 (Postal Order fee) + postage costs. The staff's refusal to provide the advertised digital service resulted in me paying nearly double the price and I even witnessed other customers being given this same false information. If it it indeed not a service you offer, remove it from the site. If it is, then offer the service in full.
