This is happening regularly. We get that people fall ill but the post office needs to check whats going on here because it’s constantly being closed with these unprofessional notes left

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
