Been reading the reviews and wonder if anyone is going to actually bother and do something with the lack of service this place offers.
Random closing with no notice, is this actually agreed with the Post Office powers that be, how can they decide to just close when published hours are listed?
Staff verging on rude, 1 lady out of the 3 is lovely, the other 2 are miserable and ignorant... mentioned in other reviews as well. It's as if we are doing them a favour by going in... I wish I didn't need to use the service but do need a local post office to try and save travelling into Cirencester.
The Post Office are meant to offer local communities a reliable service, not here though... come on Post Office, sort your staff out and provide the service on offer.

Yet again I rushed an order down to the post office only to find it closed. Yes I know I should have learnt but I foolishly thought that these odd closures were rare .... they are not! A normal business would not be able to continue with such bad service.
Come on Post office Services , sort it out!

Staff are friendly. However this post office is not always open at the specified times. Often a wasted journey. The community rely on this post office and it should be open as specified on the post office web site.
