By far the worst Post Office ive ever used.
The woman with the short dark hair (Manager i think) was so miserable & abrupt towards all customers queing yesterday. Refusing to serve because she was shutting at 5.30pm on the dot! Yet there was still 30mins to go? This woman was clearly struggling & could not cope. Her attitude was disgusting 😡 Maybe put staff behind the counter that can cope & are better trained in customer service skills!

Frustratingly they have a real problem with ignoring a long queue building up in favour of chatting to colleagues or doing light admin. It would be very helpful if they could stop what they’re doing for 5 mins to clear the queue and then do any office work when it’s quiet. Sometimes you can be waiting in here for 15 minutes to get served.
