I normally use Great Somerford office but when I’m running late have the displeasure of needing to send parcels here. I have never met such rude women who love to make life difficult. I took a heavy parcel in with £55 postage on it and they refused to send it claiming it was too big. Next day I took it to Great Somerford who said that it was well within the size and weight and gladly accepted the parcel.

Number is not recognised. Parcel had not been delivered. Tried to call other RM numbers. No way to speak with human on all lines. At the shop I've been told to call helpline. Joke. I'll never use Royal Mail again.
