On his personal phone throughout our exchange (a simple parcel return) and he glares at me when I can't understand what he wants me to do! Would help if I knew he was addressing me. It was blatantly obvious his call was more important than any interfering customers - doesn't deserve a customer facing job.... On top of all the organisational stuff well documented about this PO, I like many others, now use alternative services whenever I can.... Whatever happened to this once great institution?
