Completely unreliable opening times, or its 'Open' with no trained post office staff on! When it is open, there's almost always a long queue

The staff are usually always lovely, the opening hours can be quite unpredictable but at least they open late, it's nice to have the open to go later in the day when the queues are quieter.

Delightful staff when she arrived but had to wait 10 minutes for her to arrive as she was busy elsewhere- ie not enough staff .

Went in twice and both times it was closed, although there were no indication of this being the case. So stood in a queue and at the end found out it was closed and that it would open in one hour. Then I was assured that the post office would stay open. Went in again later on and was told that the post office "opened and then closed again". I was then again invited to come one hour later. This is the poorest customer service one can get surely. What a farce.

Shockingly slow service. Needs way more staff here. Pointless in putting a Post Office into a Co-op store!
