- SMSinkinson (Who Media)Sep 26, 20261.0I feel so bad for the solo staff member running the till on Saturday 26th, with a queue of 30+ people.
- LSLloyd SimcockSep 26, 20263.0I've never had a problem apart from the long queues that I sometimes see. I mainly use them for drawing out cash from my bank account as they open up before my bank does. It's usually a middle aged lady that I see and I've always got good vibes from her. The problem is with the powers to be. Why is it that you've only got one person working when there's 3:cashier desks? Obviously, Trowbridge post office need to employ more staff.
- NGNicky GardnerSep 18, 20263.0The staff are lovely, but sadly neglected by their employer. To say this is the town's main post office it lacks investment.
- NDNicola DavisSep 15, 20261.0Sadly never had a good experience here. For the town centre post office you'd expect more than 1 member of staff at a time. Its not the staff's fault but something has to change because its overwhelmingly understaffed. Even worse that last time I was in all the self service machines were out of use
- LBLoran BrownAug 27, 20265.0Big thank you to Lara for helping us with our car tax and correcting our documents. Great customer service!
