The “lady” that attended me was abrupt from the start, showing a “couldn’t care less” attitude, giving instructions in a rude way and inevitably, given that the rest of people was served with a smile makes, leaving me wondering if it is due to being a foreigner. Never again using their services and escalating to their manager.
