  Dreadful, took a letter in yesterday to go to the USA, £3-60 postage with the US Bank address in Washington DC in large letters together with an Airmail Sticker and a tiny sticker with for my address. Today the letter was delivered to my home address in Trowbridge!! Went in to seek help to resolve the issue and the response can we summed up as "It's got nothing to do with us" I asked if they could contact the sorting office when the problem was caused, the answer "No"

  Great post office! ...when it's actually open. It literally never seems to be open anymore, always closing super early and causing alot of inconvenience. This is my closest post office so it would be nice if it was open more often. :/ As a Vinted seller I have had to disable Royal Mail as a shipping option as I cannot get to the post office in time most days to drop off the parcel, and I'm not doing collection from home as dropping off is free as the label is prepaid + Post Office is within a walkable distance from my house. The last time I managed to get there when it was open (I had to cut into my lunch time during college to get there before it closed), it was generally a smooth experience. Again, would be better if it was actually OPEN until 5:30 pm like it is supposed to be, not 3-3:30 pm. That's a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes - 2 hours of being closed when it's supposed to be open for that time period. Saturday is literally the only time-accurate day for opening and closing times at the moment, and even Saturday is a short amount of time to collect, send or return a parcel. People can get REALLY busy on weekends, especially if they work on Saturdays (for example). You are generally better off going to a post office a bit further away from this one, as it'll most likely actually be open for people to use after work, college, school, errands, etc. Choosing another post office means you won't have to cut into your lunch time just to send a parcel, collect a parcel or return a parcel to sender. Generally disappointing as it's great and easy to use when open, but the early closing times really let it down. I'd give a higher star rating + much more positive review if the post office would stay open until 5:30 pm like it's SUPPOSED TO so I can still use it without cutting into my college lunch break. Or use the InPost locker just outside this post office if the service will let you do InPost returns, sending, etc. The InPost Locker is open 24/7 so you don't have to rush to get there and it's much more reliable than the Post Office. And another bonus, with the locker there is 0 human interaction. :)
