- FCFran CabSep 30, 20261.0I set up the collection of a parcel there so I can stop on the way home and when it suits me better. When I received the email from Parcel Force I was nearby so I stop there to collect it. When I show the email at the counter, the first reply is simply "we don't have it", not even looking around, just in case. After insisting, showing my ID, the email, and the person at the counter taking my phone and check on the website of the courier, he just turn around, grab a parcel and magically, that was the one, less than 2 inches from his hand from the beginning. Patetic service.

The man behind the counter didn't even say hello before telling me, in a rude manner, he wouldn't be able to help me because of some work being done. I said "I only want a form", at which he rolled his eyes and ask what I needed a form for. I said "a D1 please" and he rolled his eyes again and thrust the form at me as if it pained him. All round crappy experience.
