- HWHannah WoodsSep 7, 20241.0Doors blocked with metal signs at midday. I waa told that they can't open as there is only one member of staff. This is a regular occurrence with this shop. Constantly closing early without notice or refusing service due to lack of staff.

I politely asked if I could collect my parcel to which she replied, not really because we are not open. Even though they were clearly open. It was like a hardship that I actually wanted to collect a parcel. All she had to do was a 180° turn and even asked me to describe what the parcel looks like because she couldn’t be asked to look for my name on the box, lazy and incompetent needs the sack.
