This is a scam when it is obvious he doesn't want to be doing Post Office services and keep to just Morriston Daily. To make a Royal Mail Customer to either go elsewhere or pay for a higher service is wrong. Poor attitude of staff.

Online opening times is a shambles, post office is open but there’s no one there, if you’ve lucky to get service it’s usually poor. Just close down the service. You’re not being forced to keep it open, but if you’re going to open for business, OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!! 💆🏽♂️
