There was a collection code but the lady told me canât they need a code. The issue was not caused by me, and instead of helping me find a solution, they simply turned me away. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating.

Still got no response and I said excuse me, I need help- to that he said it opens at 9am- I said its 9am and another customer said the same - to which I replied at least let us know what is happening. He was rude and said he might be running late. All I wanted was for him to explain properly what the situation was rather than hiding his face behind the till!
