Extremely poor customer service, the lady had no manners whatsoever and did not even acknowledge I was there at all. 0 customer service skills on a customer facing job - appalling.

The service at this post office is absolutely terrible, in particular from one very lazy and incompetent staff member. This particular person has continuously refused to take packages out of what I assume can only be sheer laziness. This has led me to drive miles out of my way to take them to a different post office where they have been accepted with no questions. I also requested to open a Drop and Go account, again refused by this particular staff member. Upon approaching the post office with a pre-paid parcelforce package, this lady has just exclaimed 'NO - we can't take that' before even allowing me to show her the package. Eventually, after much computer trouble, she managed to scan the package and all was well. I've been made to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes whilst she finished stocking shelves because 'they wont stock themselves'. Today was probably my worst encounter yet. The post office should have opened at 6am. I arrived at 7.45am to locked doors. This staff member approached the door, unlocked it and told me that she wouldn't be open for another 10 minutes because the chilled stuff needed putting away, then proceeded to shut the door in my face before I could say a word. The service from this lady is approaching comical levels of incompetence and needs sorting out.
