- GBGemma BuckMay 17, 20261.0Absolutely bloody awful! If I could give it zero I would. Just had the most awful experience at the post office branch in waitrose salisbury . I'm autistic adhd and took alot of guts to go today, went to get some help renewing my driving licence, I've filled out all forms brought all ID everything, as my name has changed since the last time and my passport is my maiden name also. I went to ask how to go about doing this, and how I could pay as I didn't have cheque book and she literally was the most patronising woman and said I don't know we arnt trained. You'll have to look at form, so I said I can't work it out it's overwhelming hence coming here as someone told me they could advise or do it on their tablet but no. I asked also how I could pay and she said how much do you need to, I said I'm not sure also as cant work on on the booklet which option I need hence change of name and photo, she said well you just need to look. I asked which post office branch I could go to then for help with renewing licence and she said I don't know. I ran out shop crying. Literally this has taken me so long to get the guts to go and ask and now feel defeated. Literally currently sat in car crying. 😭😭😭
