The few staff are friendly, and work hard, but there can be long waits if anything more complicated than routine business is needed. The office sometimes looks more casual and less professional than it should.

It would be very helpful if they could stop what they’re doing for 5 mins to clear the queue and then do any office work when it’s quiet. Sometimes you can be waiting in here for 15 minutes to get served.
