- JJJDec 17, 20241.0By far the worst Post Office ive ever used. The woman with the short dark hair (Manager i think) was so miserable & abrupt towards all customers queing yesterday. Refusing to serve because she was shutting at 5.30pm on the dot! Yet there was still 30mins to go? This woman was clearly struggling & could not cope. Her attitude was disgusting 😡 Maybe put staff behind the counter that can cope & are better trained in customer service skills!

It would be very helpful if they could stop what they’re doing for 5 mins to clear the queue and then do any office work when it’s quiet. Sometimes you can be waiting in here for 15 minutes to get served.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
