If you are a first timer who knows nothing about sending a parcel I wouldn't recommend this place. I went yesterday to enquire about their services and to send a package, there's no scale for weighing your parcel, I had to guess the weight of my parcel, I mean how is that possible? I was told to do everything online then they will help me once I'm done paying. They do not use the QR Code service so I was stuck after paying for my parcel, cried my eyeballs out because I was not even told what to do next since the shop doesn't use QR Code. I was so lucky that a DHL driver came to collect some parcel and the gentleman was so polite enough he had to assist me and he took my parcel and even assured me that the package will be processed in Swindon as soon as he arrives at DHL depot...next time I will opt for collection because now I know better. To DHL driver who helped me, thank you so much for your competency and service. I hope all the DHL drivers are like him.
