- MEMe EncantaAug 25, 20261.0Was served by a lady with blond hair who wasn’t in a rush to invite me to come forward as she spoke to her colleagues and took a drink. I asked to send an item “international tracked” and she told me I had to fill in a customs form. Never asked the destination of the item, what was in it etc, but clearly was either not accustomed to current procedures or just lazy. She couldn’t have been less helpful so left and posted my £76.24 worth of packages at another post office. Will not be returning and hope some staff appraisals take place.

Also treated me like an idiot because I didn't know that they couldn't authenticate a copy of a birth certificate. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

The computer has been broken since January 2023 and they send their customers to a local travel agent. It is amazing that they have been unable exchange one of the most commonly requested foreign currencies for 11 months. Is the Post Office really that incompetent?
