- MFMike & FloFeb 11, 20265.0Nothing to Complain About We needed to return some goods to a Broadband supplier. The items were parcelled up complete with an address label, and we duly arrived about 4pm midweek. We were third in the queue, behind two other customers posting parcels. The two customers in front of us were efficiently served in a friendly and competent manner, and we received the same level of service. A proof of posting was readily given for our tracked item.
- PGPeter GreenFeb 3, 20261.0There's only a single member of staff here that handles postal/evri enquiries. Not open, If the staff member is on their break. As was the case when i attempted to drop off a pre-labelled package. Declaring so by shouting through the shop from one end to the other "The Post Office is closed, i'm on a twenty minute break". Just a thought, but a good idea towards customer service would be to train the other staff members on the simple task of checking in package drop offs. The lady on the checkout was wonderful. Mr.Post Office, not do much.

It’s pot luck to when the Post Office will be open and if the single member of staff who is trained is actually in. Henry is the only member of staff who is lovely, the rest need to be sacked and replaced immediately.

Dont waste your time, not very convenient and to top it all off staff leave you stood there waiting for 20mins before rudely telling you its closed
