The service you get depends very much on whose in charge and sadly if it's the owner Mr Waheed Ali and you're a woman it seems you're in for a rocky road!
I've been in here several times either for convenience items or to make returns to Amazon and each time I have taken my dog as it's usually on darker evenings and I take him for security. If his staff they meet me at the door get me what I want and if I go or if I'm just delivering a parcel back there has been no problem taking the very small well-behaved dog in with me, and worth saying there is nowhere to tie him up outside and I wouldn't anyway due to the closeness to the road...
Tonight I went to deliver a parcel and Mr Ali started screeching at me to get the dog out of the shop when I pointed out I had been going in the shop for three months with the dog he called me a liar and said he knew I was in last week, which I wasn't, And he hoped I would find some common sense and not bring him in ... I pointed out I had asked on every occasion that I had taken him in and Stafford being welcoming and he told me it it's illegal to take the dog in there- I asked if there was a problem with him putting a no dogs allowed poster in the door and he slammed the door on me- Just passed my neighbour with his dog that is a much larger dog and he has walked in the shop and he's walking around with him and Mr Ali has not approached him! Nasty little man is all I can say
