The ladies working there are a failure. If you want to send a letter abroad, they have no idea what to do and they say that the address must be in English only and it cannot be sent. At the post office in Pontefract, the lady arranged it in 2 minutes. However, it was possible to send

Been to this postoffice the last 2 days for help with something and the young lady behind the counter helped me so much after another postoffice would not help me so thankyou very much again and will use this postoffice all the time so happy with there service and help thankyou claire x
