Nothing was a problem. I will travel a bit further to come to this one rather than my local one because they are really friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much!!

After leaving a review about this experience, my husband was repeatedly approached in-store and asked to speak to me about removing it whenever he visited the premises. My husband has a head injury and found these repeated conversations stressful and uncomfortable. The situation later escalated to both of us being refused service and banned from the premises entirely, including use of the Post Office counter. A parcel addressed to me was also later refused and returned. I understand businesses have the right to respond to reviews and refuse service if they choose, however I found the overall handling of this situation deeply unprofessional and upsetting. This review reflects my genuine personal experience.
