A big thank you to A Naqi at Milford Place Post Office. Sending parcels to Myanmar can be tricky, and I ended up having to repackage everything into two separate boxes to meet the 2kg limit. He helped me through the whole process and made sure the packaging was secure. Excellent service!

I choose to use this post office even though it’s nowhere near where I live, because you’re always guaranteed a smile and the warmest welcome. Genuinely lovely people who consistently go the extra mile.

Went to 3 different cash machines in the area. All not working. Popped in as I needed change for the laundrette. The man serving was patient when my card wouldn't work and helped to get it working and offered me enough change to get me through the day. Other offices dont like to give too much in coin but this one was perfect. Much appreciated. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area

Used this post office on two occasions:
Firstly, I posted a parcel to my parents’ house. They did not receive it for weeks and then were advised that it was at a local delivery office. The parcel had been posted without a stamp! So my parents had to pay a surcharge fee to release the package on top of what I had paid to post it.
Secondly, I used the ATM here as I had an appointment at the barbers next door and their card machine had broken. Not even a week had passed after this and my card details had been compromised! Meaning I had to freeze it and replace.
Two very simple tasks that were made very stressful! And it all could have just been bad luck on my part but I am not taking the risk again!
