No guidance, no apology, just wasted time and multiple trips. If you value your time, avoid this branch. Customer service here is completely unhelpful and have No work experience.

Then get told they cant even print the label because their "printer is broken" despite seeing people before and after us get labels printed. End up buying the label in front of them and suddenly they can process the parcel no questions asked. Terrible and contradictory service. When they sold off royal mail I didnt think theyd sold it to Kafka
